Organization success is primarily determined by the effectiveness of communication within the department. The unclear system within the organization may lead to it poor performance which contributes to conflicts and misunderstanding. Nojax Company has not established the stable platform of communication between the employers and employee.

NoJax currently is operating under very centralized power and decision-making structure where only the senior managers can give new ideas. Centralized power limits the subordinates from expressing new ideas; this arrangement may hinder the process of communication. NoJax Company have a long process which needs multiple approvals and takes 48hours this creates barriers since can’t respond to immediate decisions and on the other hand its time-consuming process. Disagreements between the product and department managers happen frequently, and nothing has been done within the organization to resolve this conflict. Management has not also established a department that can deal with the problem when raises among the employees. Lack of human resource department within the NoJax Inc. has created a barrier to communication since the last department role is to link the employees with their employers whenever there is a misunderstanding.

Communication is a dynamic process within the organization. The management may not be able to communicate with the employee efficiently since there is a little upgrade of organization structure since 2010.Human resource department that links the administration and the employees which are not available currently, this can create a problem during supervision of employees. Conflict and uncertainty may raise between the management and employees due to lack of such vital department. Heavily monitoring of employees may compromise their output, freedom of employees increases their morale. The origination has not established a platform where employees can raise their grievances and address issues pertaining them. The management may have bad interpersonal relationships with the employees resulting from poor communication structure.

The centralized power and decision-making structure are the significant factors that obstruct communication process. The senior managers are the sole people who make all the decision and approve. The company has not adapted to the current management method of communication since nothing has been upgraded since 2010 like having a vital department that promoted proper discussion within the organization. Noah and Jaxson Williams have invested highly in online marketing involves online advertising with fitness websites and sponsoring fitness competitions, this culture compromises connection between management and low-profile people who may not reach internet access.
