In Unit 3, you evaluated the benefits and impacts of various sources of energy. In Unit 4, you then considered some of the negative impacts that human development has had on the environment.

In this unit, you will learn about legislation that is in place to help clean up some of the mistakes people have made and laws designed to avoid future problems. Special attention will be given to the topic of global warming—the causes, predictions, and how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

· Identify sources of evidence used to chart climate

· Review conclusions relating to climate, climate change, and mitigation
