What are the sources of your political beliefs and why do you believe what you do? By this I am asking what aspects of your life, and who you are, have contributed to your thinking about political issues and the role of government in peoples’ lives. Who, or what, have been your influences? How do they affect you? You may be as general or specific as you wish. Remember, there is no right or wrong answer, and you don’t have to identify a party affiliation. I don’t so much care which party or set of ideas you believe in, but rather that you understand HOW you came to have those beliefs.
Essays are to be word processed; a minimum of 500 words; single spaced with the standard default 12 pt. font (Word’s default font is Times New Roman) and normal margins, etc.
