For this assignment, you should create a plan to hire an employee for a position within your organization to support a recent change. In this plan, you should include the following:
- If this should be a person-task fit or a person-organization fit
- The hiring criteria you will use to determine the right person for the job
- The selection techniques you will use in the hiring process
- Any recommendations about what would result in removal of the employee if he/she is not a good fit for the organization
Your well-written paper should meet the following requirements:
- Be 4-5 pages in length, which does not include the title page, abstract, or required reference page, which are never a part of the content minimum requirements.
- Use APA style guidelines.
- Support your submission with course material concepts, principles and theories from the textbook, and at least two recently published scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles.
- Important notes:
- Remember to pay highly attention to the Textbook ( Implementing Organizational Change: Theory and practice) as primary to course materials as are the other course materials and discussions.
- The paper should be original.
