Reflection Paper: Take Scandura (2016) assessment located on pp. 278-283. Respond with consideration to two separate conflicts with two separate individuals. Determine your primary conflict resolution style as well as the one you least rely upon. In a 1-2 page paper, that only your professor will read, reflect upon the results of your assessment and discuss how (or if) you change your style and approach depending on the situation by comparing person A and B on the assessment. Also give yourself prescriptive advice on how you might change your style more intentionally in the future to achieve better conflict management results.Your grade for the reflection paper is not a function of the results of the assessment; it is rather a function of the degree of reflectivity and self‐insight.
