EHST 3371 Lab Report Information
1) Property size (acres) and location (City, County, State)
2) Site map showing property boundaries and locations on the property where you did soil borings
3) Soil profile descriptions for site including horizon depths, texture, color, structure and show the locations of the soil borings on a map (picture of soil within the proposed drainfield area would be good also)
4) Soil map showing the USDA Soil series for the site (from NRCS web soil survey)
5) Specify if there were limiting conditions within 48” of the surface, and if so what was the limiting condition
6) List the system options for the site, and recommended system with LTAR and an explanation for the recommendation
7) Detail the slope and landscape position where the system will go
8) Draw the initial system, repair area, house, driveway meeting setback requirements to scale on a map
9) This information should written in a narrative referencing maps as numbered figures (1, 2, 3, etc) including the dates the field work was performed
10) Include a cover sheet with your name and EHST 3371 Report
